ACTION: Provider Carrier Work group Membership and Process
HB 779- MHCC Health Care Provider-Carrier Workgroup passed in the 2014 Legislative session requires the Commission to invite professional organizations, carriers and consumers to serve on the workgroup, solicit issues for consideration and report to the General Assembly annually beginning January 1, 2016. Erin Dorrien will present the proposed membership and meeting schedule for your approval. All meetings of the workgroup will be open. Staff expect that the work group will be receptive to hearing comments from other parties as appropriate.
